ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Specialist/Engineer to represent ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) in İstanbul. As Field Service Specialist you will be responsible for service on ZEISS Microscope instruments.

The position title may vary as Field Service Specialist  or Field Service Engineer according to candidate’s education background.

Your Job Description

• Provide full range of installation services, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Develop solutions to complex problems to ensure strong communication and outstanding customer service
• Provide technical assistance of the Service Manager and other reps for customer enquiries
• Conduct on-site installations of designated Microscopy instruments and relevant devices, accessories
• Provide best-in-class local support to customers
• Provide on site services to ZEISS instruments located in other countries when requested by local/global management
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, e-mail or forwarded by other ZEISS departments
• Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner
• Participate in microscopy trainings/courses provided by ZEISS Global
• Contribution to some internal project to improve service excellence 

Your Profile

• University degree in a science or engineering, preferably in physics engineering or electrical - electronics engineering
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of field service experience in a high volume setting, preferably 3 or more years of continuous experience
• Knowledge of microscopy & analytical instruments and techniques
• Experience in high – tech devices is an asset
• Preferably experienced in image analysis software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Valid driving license and active driving experience
