General Qualifications

• Graduated from related engineering departments of universities
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of English
• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Prone to teamwork
• Strong communication skills

Job Description

• Ensuring the creation/distribution of Detailed Activity Plans on the basis of project phases and checking the fulfillment of activities,
• Coordinating all production preparation activities with the project team and supporting all departments in all phases of the project,
• Establishing contacts with external departments involved in the project and sharing the latest information across the company,
• Preparation / preparation and updating of customer-requested forms,
• Actively participating in the "PFMEA" studies conducted by the project group,
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with cost, quality and schedule targets,
• Updating Project Master Plans and Detailed Activity Plans created on the basis of project phases, ensuring that corrective actions are taken in case of deviations from customer requests and the plan,
• Taking the necessary measures to ensure that notifications of changes or delays in projects for different reasons do not have a negative impact on the overall course of the project,
• Implementation of improvement projects to increase the efficiency of production processes
• Preparation of project progress reports
