Senior Network Security Specialist

• Preferably graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related engineering departments,

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position,

• Experienced in managing Next-Generation Firewall (Fortinet, Checkpoint), Load Balancer (Netscaler), WAF, Sandbox, IPS, IDS, and other cybersecurity product in hybrid environments,

• Experienced in Site to Site VPN, SSL-VPN, and ZTNA,

• Knowledgeable about System Security and Network architecture design, planning, and integration,

• Familiar with cyber attacks, defense techniques, malware, and incident response,

• Proficiency in verbal and written English is at least intermediate level,

• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and systematic working skills,

• Excellent communication with clients and confidence in managing crisis situations,

• Ability to conduct research and report findings in accordance with the organization's formats.

Experiences and Skills

• Operation and monitoring of cybersecurity applications within the organization,

• Management and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions (Firewall, Load Balancer, IPS, Sandbox, WAF),

• Writing firewall rules and conducting periodic checks,

• Load Balancer management and periodic checks,

• Supporting continuous improvement efforts for cybersecurity operation management processes,

• Conducting scenario analysis according to the Mitre ATT&CK Framework, reviewing existing rules, and developing new scenarios,

• Analyzing threat information from IPS & IDS, EDR, NDR, SOC alarms and alerts, DLP cases, intelligence reports, and other sources,

• Analyzing logs to identify potential unauthorized entries and creating rules for automatic blocking in SIEM and SOAR products,

• Preparation and coordination for internal and external audit activities,

• Coordinating penetration testing and vulnerability scans, analyzing test results, and providing solution recommendations,

• Ensuring closure of identified vulnerabilities,

• Preparing and updating technical documentation for responsible products,

• Communicating with suppliers and support companies, tracking and managing processes,

• Investigating and reporting security incidents,

• Operating BT Security policies for all cybersecurity products within IT responsibility and managing the operational processes of these products,

• Responding to calls related to cybersecurity operations routed through the help desk,

• Basic software development knowledge (Python, Bash, SQL, etc.),

• Compliance with information security policies; supporting audit activities such as PCI DSS, PCI CPP, ISO 27001, and ISAE 3402.
