• University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management,
• At least 3-5 years of F&B Manager experience in luxury hotel,
• Possess advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within all hotel disciplines,
• Participate in the development of short- and long-term financial and operational goals of the hotel,

• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of F&B Operations, including Restaurant and Bar Management, Banqueting, In Room Dining, Culinary and Stewarding.

• Experience in developing strategic business and/or Food and Beverage plans
• Excellent command of spoken English,
• Good local and international beverage knowledge,
• Great communication skills and teamwork-oriented,
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality,
