Mauser Packaging Solutions, a leading industrial packaging company of the World, is looking for 'Production Responsible' for its Plant in Gebze Kocaeli.

The Production Responsible is for overseeing the manufacturing process within a company. They ensure that production runs efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards while staying within budget.

General Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university in engineering (preferably in "Mechanical", Metallurgical and Materials", / "Industrial" / "Chemical " disciplines)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in  production environment, preferably in “plastic production” processes.
• Fluent in English is must
• Proven experience in production management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality control principles
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Will be able to work in shift system.
• Commitment, positive thinking and hands on approach
• Ability to manage multitasks effectively
• Strong relationship building, communication, and problem solving/analytical skills
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Living in Gebze around area 

Job Description 

The position will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager and the responsbilities will be as follows;

• Supervising, monitoring, reporting production processes and improving necessary fields
• Managing, supervising and motivating a team of production staff
• Reviewing the performance of subordinates
• Liasing among different departments, e.g sales, maintenance etc
• Monitoring, reporting and improving the related KPI’s
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Identifying training needs
• Developing and implementing production schedules
• Analyzing production data and preparing reports
