We are looking for a “Senior Customer Service Specialist (Logistics)” for our multinational client operating in international logistics industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in related departments,
• Minimum 2 year of experience in international transportation, especially maritime transportation,
• Strong computer skills, good command of MS office applications,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle and manage conflict and urgency situations,
• High learning agility, an open-minded, flexible way of thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the entire operation process from the booking stage to delivery,
• Sharing all information about order logistics/delivery times/freight etc. with the customer,
• Preparation and follow-up of necessary documents,
• Dealing with internal transportation when necessary,
• Responding to requests falling into the system when necessary,
• Preparing invoices and following their processes.
