QUALIFICATIONS

Electricfil Unifil Otomotiv is searching for Mold & Plastic Injection Team Leader to be employed in Dudullu plant :

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, French knowledge is an asset
• Experience in implementing new manufacturing processes according to project activities of new products (knowledge of APQP process)
• Strong machine-equipment and technical knowledge
• Minimum 5 years experience in industry with similar responsibilities
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• No restriction for travel
• No military obligation for male candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Mold & Plastic Injesction Team Leader, the key responsibilities will include;

• To be responsible of production machines and tooling construction before start of production;
• To manage all actions and project planning by involving all related functions and parties in the project (EFI Automotive, supplier and customer) in order to meet customer’s needs;
• To support design and production validation tests completion (performance, thermal and mechanical environment, etc.);
• To manage integration process of new production mold and tool group suppliers’ panel;
• To take part in continuous improvement actions and follow up about mold and tool;
• To work closely with purchasing and quality departments to ensure related KPI’s according to customer specific requests;
• To lead tooling and plasturgy team and be responsible of their activities;
• To ensure and develop the communication skills of the team with internal and external parties.
