QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ‘’Junior Human Resources Associate” to be in Adana Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Meeting requests from employees regarding human resources practices, rules and regulations at the location,
- Creating payroll and payroll records, making monthly reports,
- Creating and keeping the personnel file up to date,
- Providing orientation to new employees and managing the onboarding process according to company procedures,
- Taking an active role in Human Resources and administrative affairs processes according to company policies and regulations,
- Supporting the blue-collar recruitment process in matters such as posting job postings, CV review, interview organization, reference checking and offer preparation,
- Conducting industrial relations processes,
- Examining and developing company processes and policies from a continuous development perspective,
- Coordinating Human Resources processes at the location (Meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources department, preferably with a FMCG company,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Preferably used the SAP PM module,
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
- Able to work successfully and productively both in a team environment and independently, and deal with multi-tasks effectively,
- High energy level, ability to prioritize,
- Analytical, planning and organizing skills,
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions,
- Live / will be able to live in Adana.
