Candidates are expected to have following qualifications and skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  
• Detail orianted.
• Related to real estate process / projects.
• Advanced Microsoft package skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency and fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work in a young dynamic environment.
• Being flexible about travelling.
  
• Willingness and potential for learning and development.
  
• Ability to work 3 days in workweek
