Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. This role will be responsible for creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics to optimize social media strategies. The Social Media Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our social media efforts align with our overall marketing and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each social media platform's unique audience and best practices.

• Manage the daily posting and scheduling of content across multiple social media channels.

• Monitor and engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and support key initiatives.

• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, applying insights to inform our social media strategies.

• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships to extend our brand reach and amplify our message.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.

• Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or native social media insights.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific best practices, and emerging trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus.
