Reservation & Ticketing Agent

We are currently looking for a dedicated person to support our international team as soon as possible.

 Your Mission: 

•  Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CRS) 
  
• Ticketing manual / automated 
  
• Ticket Reissue 
  
•  Inquiry and processing of group bookings 
  
•  Administration of flight quotas 
  
•  Monthly preparation of TSRs 
  
•  Maintenance of CRM platform and trade database 
  
•  Handling of B2B mailings 
  
•  Handling of claims and corresponding correspondence 
  
•  Handling of corporate tool & coordination with hotels 
  
•  Providing with sales support related reporting 
  

Your Qualifications: 

•  Minimum high school or higher eduation preferred 
  
•  Excellent knowledge and experience of CRSs with auto ticketing required 
  
•  Amadeus, Sabre CRS knowledge is a must and other Airline Reservation system knowledge preferred 
  
•  A minimum of 2 years experience is required within airline ticketing environment or in a travel agency 
  
•  Customer-oriented person with interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure 
  
•  Good knowledge of MS-Office programs 
  
•  Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
