Export Area Sales Manager

For our company operating on furniture in Izmir/Torbalı;

Responsibilities

• Managing the existing business partners in related area, executing relevant strategies, all sales and marketing activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction,
• Setting up and developing new business partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers,
• Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, creating a sales plans, preparing an annual budget, analyzing trends and initiating improvement actions,
• Having sales experience in European/Balkan Countries and/or CIS & Middle East and Gulf Countries,
• Developing strategies to achieve sales targets; taking actions on circumstances,
• Analyzing sales performance and promotional effectiveness,
• Following up and managing the whole export process in coordination with marketing, customer service, demand planning, logistic, operations, finance and other relevant teams,
• Travelling abroad and visiting markets and clients regularly,
• Exhibiting or visiting exhibitions abroad,

Qualifications

• Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, Master's Degree is a strong plus,
• Proven Export Sales experience of minimum 5 years; sector-specific export sales experience is preferred,
• Fluent in English and preferably in Russian or Arabic,
• Having a driving license and being able to drive actively,
