QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong leadership skills & ability to articulate.
- English proficiency & language skills are essential.
- Min. 7-10 years of experience in marketing management, brand communication or any other relevant marketing role.
- Experience in working with designers, creative agencies, media agencies, cross-functional teams of and other 3rd party companies in ATL, BTL and other brand activations.
- Solid understanding and hands on experience in marketing mix development.
- Works well in a team, proactive and initiative taker
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising
- Experience in strategic marketing planning, market research, customer experience and pricing,

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Marketing Manager”, who adopts dynamism as a life style, for our company that has cinema chain throughout Turkey.
- Determining the annual marketing strategies and creating the marketing plan
- Creating short, medium and long-term marketing plans/targets in line with marketing strategies, ensuring their implementation and supervising.
- On the basis of product groups (film); To determine the policies of sales-enhancing marketing activities, to make the necessary plans and to ensure their implementation.
- Prepare the budget of the marketing plan. To ensure its implementation and management.
- Annual Public Relations and Communication Planning and Implementation budgeting, monthly and annual reporting.
- Planning and management of Sales Oriented Campaigns.
- Coordinating the planning-design and implementation management process of campaign mechanisms.
- Responsible for product and brand launch strategy-planning and implementation.
- Concept – realize idea and design process management.
- Responsible for project development and implementation of local marketing campaigns.
- Managing ATL- BTL Communication works. To be responsible for briefs, communication with agencies and evaluations.
- To be responsible for the management and planning of the Loyalty Program projects aimed at creating Customer Value and Experience.
