Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a “Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)”to join us on our journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you are expected to:

·        Directing the team in coordination with our maintenance team

·        Preventive and predictive maintenance of the machines,

·        At least 5 years of experience in machine maintenance and repair in the production sector,

·        Analysis, action planning and corrective actions to eliminate mechanical failures and prevent the failure from occurring again,

·        Planning and implementation of activities to improve the existing machine park

·        Reporting of machine and equipment breakdowns and maintenance,

·        Creating, monitoring and reporting the budget of the maintenance department

·        Planning of spare parts stocks and making failure records in a way to keep the functioning of the system healthy,

·        Responsible for compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental management rules.

Before You Come on Board…

We believe you will fit well if you have:

·        Graduated from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities

·        Good MS Office user knowledge

·        At least 5 years of experience in machine maintenance and repair in the production sector

·        Experienced in pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems

·        Fluent in English at technical level

·        Residing or will be able to reside in Kocaeli

·        Able to adapt to flexible working

·        Believing that it will add value to our organization

·        Adopted the idea of working for the team and sharing in a busy work environment

·        Can tend towards creative and innovative approaches and are open to learning

·        Aiming for competence and development in communication
